It is unique as no one else has it.

So, think about all the other players in SA-MP. I imagine  probably 10-1000 people use that same name.

It's a simple name, not unique. Unique is yes, one of a kind, but it is thinking -one of  a kind. that means about all of the players around SA-MP.

Good luck mate and as for Halycon, DoL is everything accept a copy of BoD, this clan exists already a couple of years but in other games as we moved to Sa-Mp there so happened to be a clan BoD which is a lot similar to DoL yes. But never call it a copy!!
