um....When did I cry about how hard it is for me.  I just said how I hate lead aiming and asked for some tips

Then we duelled. I ripped him with something like half armour left- as expected, and of course he whined about ping.

The reason is it's a killing game. And I kill in a killing game.

1. i don't remember saying anything about ping after you killed me and you wouldn't have seen anything because I didn't say anything at all after you killed me, I was too pissed off, and you left almost right after, and so did I.

2.  Tons of people don't shoot unless in a fight or around a fighting area.  only some shoot at everyone they see so I thought there was this thing called honor among regulars since alot of people don't just start shooting at me on sight, or they don't follow when I don't start fighting them back.  I didn't know you were on bad terms with LVM since you haven't really been like that in the past when I was near you.  Plus, if i was really really mad about it I would have capitalized "NO REASON", like that. 

Yea, i was mad at you at the time, but i'm over it now because it's a game.  I'm not like the Angry German Kid

The sync in San Andreas is bad enough without these high pingers. the maximum ping on LVP should be 300.

Its the people who spend all their time in game AVOIDING high pingers and CRYING when they get killed by them that never learn jack shit about aiming.
If those people were to actually FACE THEIR FEAR and fight some high pingers, then they'd improve against your "average Joe 100ping" as well as be able to fight high pingers, and have real fights.

Dude dont worry. Ive been on a server and had a 300-400 ping, it is so much easier to kill people because they cant predict where you are running for shit.

I seriously doubt that you could hit anyone with that ping.
