I think, to buy the Arch Angels in SF, you have to /teleport to someone who is at that time modding their car.

I did it once, btu I cant remember fully. If you're having trouble, and thsi doesn't work, i'll try on my server with someone, and then tell you haww.

Do not use the teleport tip I said before for that one.
You'll fall for 2 minutes and splash in a million little pieces
