Hey icekilla.
If you want to acces the changing room in a house, just walk towards the yellow arrow, like SwatGuy said.
And I think you are talking about a property behind a wall or something, if you play with a friend, tell the guy to stand against the wall and use /tp <ID> , this teleports you into the area of the property.

You can not change your outfit in the multi-player.

Oh, yes.
Do not use the teleport tip I said before for that one.
You'll fall for 2 minutes and splash in a million little pieces
