he isnt a lagger by putting mods u already saw his fps and he is limiting it its only his ping makes his HB hard and i find his hb isnt that hard when sm1 knows how to lead aim

read up ffs, hasnt seen his fps at the veichle explosion yet god damn. and making ur hb harder than it should be is gay as fuck and no one cares if u find it or not

well i still got 48 fps in half size since i limit it. But fraps has this bug that it always shows 46/45 fps but when i limit it to 49fps it shows 47fps yet i cant strafe anymore so..

Tested it on full size: i keep 37 fps
