Extra notes: Can i ask why i was banned please?? All i was doing before it said 'game mode restarting' is fighting inside and the only reason i was is because there was a guy in the bank ALWAYS trying to beat me up inside and i was just defending myself, he was being a complete idiot and all i wanted to do was withdraw money. Please unban me as i think i''ve been unfairly banned, thanks.

P.S. can i just ask one question (as i'm new to this server), how come when i quit/crash when i log back in i keep all my cash but don't keep spawn weapons i've bought?? Not moaning but it does seem a bit pointless buying them as 'spawn weapons' if you can't really save them do you not think?

Nope. Spawn-weapons are saved in your session only.
First of all, it's broken.
Second of all, it would be too easy, as you'd only need to buy spawnies once.
Third of all, it presents a challenge and motivation to players for making money.
