if got an idea where you can flee to Los santos. ( like you always hear criminals flee to Mexico lol)
if you enter the city(Los santos)  you can pay some money  and you cant be shot than ( for 7min ) (Only in Los santos)
but you dont pay than you can be shot  and die

new players can buy new properties without got killed by some good clan member
and more players will go to that city and not stay only near the ship to flee if some guys is hunting on him.

I disagree. Los santos is a good place and represents a lot of gangs, so therefore I think L.S should have more guns and shooting than any other city.
