Well, the only flaw I can see with this is that some people, such as myself, would use helicopters to gain access to such a high area. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem if the regular FC'ers weren't hyper-active neurotic combat nuts.
Needless to say, we'd have a lot of unintentional conflict.
I do, however, like the fact that it's a round arena.
