To be honest, I would not put it past our government to have a "great idea to slow down overpopulation". Or to try and wipe out an entire country like Iraq by making them not able to reproduce. However, I do think people are overreacting here. Regardless..if the chemicals are hurting people, even if it's to kill off the moths, it should be stopped.
