[Unbanned] sospect moneycheat

Hello, i have a problem with the connection of the server..
Usually just beginning to play i go to the bank and withdrawing a one million, pay for the weapons and to tune my car.
When I withdrew the money the firewall blocked the game waiting for a permit to connect i agreed and when I came back into play my money increased to infinite [9999999999999999999999999999] And has appeared a message : the server close the connection.. I then closed the game and I restart...Just entered into the game server said : you are banned from this server... And I was not able to play...
What happened???? 

Is a bug?

admin? really.. i never see the message : ban for gun cheat.. really.. the only message that i see are: the server close the connection, and when i restart the server say you are banned form this server ..

The thing is you were banned for a suspicious increase, but it was not 9999999999. And it was about 3min after you joined. So my question to you is why did you lie about that? (or did u just not know what happened?)
