Well, about the engine:

They're gonna use the "RAGE" engine (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine). Maybe you know the engine from the game "Rockstar Presents: Table Tennis".

Here's a little preview of the socalled Rage Engine:

Shouldn't be so much different :+
People are always driving at the wrong side @ LVP, and I guess @ 99% of all the SA-MP servers.
So that won't change much, it's getting easier for them :)

I've heared that they are rewriting the game engine from the ground up, but it shouldn't be too different. This good thing about this engine, is that it's loose, so you can run around easily. That's what makes it so fun to play.

I'm not sure about the PC version. It will come out sometime, but it'll be very big.
IIRC, the XBox360 uses HD DVDs, which hold around or under 30gb. The PS3 uses bluray disks, which holds 60gb even. Have fun with that on your desktop :P

Hmmm dunno, I hope it will be a cool city like Los Angeles and New York or something. Japan wouldn't be such an bad idea either  :D

Well, fact is: It will be huge! I've heared the "world" is separated into 6 big cities  :D

Well I think GTA 4 will be released on 2 dual-layer DVD's. They won't use blue-ray or HD-DVD, because (almost) noone has such an optical driver @ his PC, I guess  B).  Or maybe it'll be released on 4 DVD's or something like that  :X
