You have a larger chance of succeeding starting this with a bunch of friends than randomly giving admin rights to people who have shown in-game capabilities or just randomly come across this page. Suppose the entire LVP crew would join, and about 30 other people, you'd be stuck with like 60 or 70 moderators for forums noone else visits. Starting a forum takes time and planning, especially if you don't want it to die in a few days. If you have plans to start something small you can always share your idea with the LVP Management and we might be able to cut a deal.

For now, this is advertising, so I'm sorry to say that I have no other option than to remove the links and close the topic. You're free to advertise in your signature and the Website-field in your profile, as long as there aren't huge texts saying "OMG JOIN HERE", but I recon that's pretty obvious.
