VIPs have access to their own VIP IRC channel, which is probably one of the best on GTANet in terms of chat-ness and randomness. You get access to some behind the scenes stuff as you are ever so VIP, and you will be treated with more respect as you've done something for the community and helped out. You'll get access to the VIP forums, where we usually discuss things like the upcoming reports, and events we're going to be holding (like the LVP Olympics).
How to become a VIP? Well quite simply, donate. We let a few people in without donating, but they're usually ex-crew or LVP veterans who were one of the first around over a year and a half ago.
