as most of you know im not the sort of person to cheat and never have been as i have always followed server rules, have a good record and many people will tell u this also. But my brother is a different case, and seen as though he is a sad nerd he uses hax because he sucks to much at the game and is a little whiteys fan. Therefore i believe its not right for me to be punished for something he did. therefore i have been told to show a pic of me and my brother(rofl @ the pic) as proof as i actually have one. ill also upload one of me seperatly to prove its not some random pic and if u ask anyone who plays samp and has my msn will verify it. thanks for ur time and fingers crossed see u ingame

To bad you have the same ip as your brother, move out of the house fast and get your own ip.
Or try the cake approach.

P.S. One simple question, why did you not prevent this by deleting all cheats from the pc when you noticed your brother installed them? (It is also not allowed to play with a modified version of gta!)

If we unban you we unban him. Btw we denied lots of other people in the same situation, it would be unfair to unban you now and not them.
A system restore changes settings not files.

You or actually your parents are responsible for what happens on your ip adress!!
People not te be trusted should not be allowed to access it.
There has been cheated from your ip, so now its banned, very simple.

The damages has already been done twice then and we cannot guarantee that there are always admins ingame...
You should have preventively removed the cheats as you know they are forbidden. We are sorry it is not your fault but it is your shared responsibility.

And if the management told you to start this topic, let's see some management replies and see what they think.

but as i said i have unistalled GTA etc on his laptop, and seen as hes banned seems a bit unfair that i should suffer too. And i dont plan on telling if i do get unbanned anyway so please try and think of another way around this, i love playing the server and tbh is the only server i properly play on. please think of another way around this as i can assure you it wont happen again and if it does ban me for good. :'(

P.S i dont think i can wait 5-6years to play LVP and get my own place as im only 14 lol

I don't think there is a way around it. Same IP, your responsibility, shit happened? Too bad.. we have a risk of a cheater getting back, we don't want that.

yes but if that does happened u caught my bro cheating with 5mins or something not alot of damage done rly =/ and he hasnt even got samp anymore or gta for that fact as im guna throwaway the disk or something, then if it does happen i will uninstall samp myself i swear, please give me chance its not my fault :'(

Let me assure you we treat everyone equally and by the rules. If there were other people in the same situation being unbanned their brother just had a 3 or 5 day ban and not a permanent one. Else we wouldn't unban.
Bad stuff already happened.

and unfortunately your ip is your brothers ip.
