Proaccount? plus point? how?

hy i have start to play in this server in 1 week.
i like wery much this server but i have found a bulding whit "S", I enter ad it i can get a proccount. i try /proaccount but he say me "you must have pluspoint"
how i can get plusoint.
i'm:
    i play +3 hours in a day 
    i use NOT cheat           
    I kill wery few players     
    I won 4 ever derby 1

U can get the first PLus Point when u have more than 10 hours played in the server
press in the game /mystats and see if u have more time
When u have more than 10 hours u need ask for a pluspoint to a admin /admins
and done

After your first, about every 10 hours you can ask for an extra one, 20 is the maximum.
Oh and, the first is with 6-10 hours
