I always set video quality to where I can see above 72 fps.
That seems to be the point where you don't notice ANY lag at all, since the human eye can only process events that quickly.

and its not 9Ghz, its 2.3Ghz :P

Also, your eyes cannot see over 60FPS so there will be NO difference between 72fps and 60fps
