Actually, the COPPA stuff is on the forum - if you're under 13, you need an official document signed by your parent/guardian confirming you are allowed to participate on a forum.

Not the 18 on the box. Also, if it's just a guideline, then why can't anyone buy 18 games? After someone's bought the game I don't think they even care who plays it, it's up to the parent/guardian.

What surprises me most is that 9-10 year olds are actually on a forum talking to potential strangers.. isn't that a bit strange?
