This happens to everybody. Whenever i login i have to reconnect like 2 times then my spawn works. Sometimes it doesn't say anything when we stand on skull. Sometimes it says blablabla property is for sale.

use /buyweapon in ammu-nation to bypass the spawnie bug.

for the prop bug, i don't have any idea how 2 bypass it.
I don't think there is even a way 2 fix the prop bug, except by reconnecting.
