I've seen similar, and afaik ping goes from 0-65535 exactly.

and this guy was in fc and naded all the others... it was nearly impossible to kill him... 
i suggest a autokick for average ping 1000+...

Im sure that has already been discussed before within the crew. The thing is, some peoples pings shoot up when they first connect to the server, sometimes it can go up reallllyyyy high, but its only for a few seconds. So making an auto kick for something like that just isn't really practical
