Of course they do. If you take all of his pings measured, say 10, you do <10x a ping> : 10 = Average ping.

Meh, I saw that before, after some seconds it just dropped to 150 or something like that, I saw something else which was also funny, some guy living in the future causing him to have negative ping :D (BTW: Took this pic a long time ago)

Ping 65k happens when joining the game. Sometimes it stays indeed, but I never "fought"  someone with a ping that high.

Man, that pic from Fireburn lol. Old times 2.

lol i tryed to kill a guy with ping that high. he was driving and the glitching was so bad, he couldn't drive past the ship.
He kept on warping backwards. looked funny
