1. He found the jetpack by "The Ship" (It was used by someone else, so someone else has cheated)
2. and he didn't know it was forbidden to fly with it. (that is logical, because it stands nowhere in the rules)
3. he flown with it. (that's wrong, but he couldn't know it because he is a newby and it stands nowhere in the rules)
4. then he has been banned by one of you (I think it was XenOn).

Could you believe this or am I unbelievable?
