Ok, let me explain.

QUIPT and Killah_B thought of this, they started the tournament. It isn't even finished or some new guy here tries to copy it without even asking their permission for it. Do you get why people won't join?

1. Stealing an idea.
2. Old one isn't even finished.
3. You're new, no offense but people don't know you, no reputation whatsoever. People will think you're just some random noob. You may not    be but they just don't know. 
4. Using caps and flame isn't a way to go and beside that, it won't get people to join it.

I hope it's clear.

Anyways...I pretty much agree with everyone else, what you should do is go in SP and look for a nice place where you can hold a tournament, and also try to be known a little more...
