A permanent ban for racism would be completely stupid.
It just shows how paranoid some people are of words on the internet (don't get me wrong, 'words' can be powerful when used by powerful people, but on the internet? No.)

Terror's unban was well deserved, his behavior has been excellent and there's no need to continue on this topic of conversation.
