Give a clear description of the bug.
Every time I drown underwater in a car, my game will crash
1. land car in water
2. car sinks and your breath will run out
3. you die underwater in your car
4. you will crash

What where you doing?
I was underwater in a car
Where there other players which encountered the same problem?

No, I don't think so.
Was it only once, or did it happen all the time?
No, it happened all the time
Did you try to reconnect first?
Yes.

This is a SA-MP related crash, has nothing to do with LVP.

Not sure it'd work, but try deleting your gta_sa.set file in your User-Files directory.
