There is also a way to do it totally legally.

Search Google for the uxtheme.dll replacement

What the does is makes it so your themes don't have to be signed by Microsoft to be used.
Then you don't need any bloated software to slow down your pc, or harm it either.

themesxp.org used to be good. Now you have to allow them to install some adware or spyware stuff before they let you use themes.
