Sophia had been jailed for the fake car entry. However the footage shown in your video is a bit of a gray area:
The reasons to do this is to kill the passenger instead of to abuse fake car entry to avoid recieving damage.
You've been warned before recieving your ban aswell.

The shooting you at the ship is completely valid. You seem te be bugged out making you have weapons. The video shows you abused this bug in oder to try to shoot people on the strip, Sophia only defended herself by shooting back. Please do not abuse such bugs in the future.
