I don't know if this guy is a mental case or what but thing is, he started flaming again after his ban got lifted recently. Xilent warned him twice then after all he muted him. Things kept going on the same as he left. He started flaming again so I think it would be wise enough to long term punish him.

This is after Xilent left and still started flaming for a long long time.

I think the mute was sufficient for something minor like this. You should consider using the /ignore command on players that try to annoy you.
