Ok...now that this seems to have died down...I have a small announcement once again!

      I am currently deciding on who to promote to captain and who to promote to underboss...since this decision is really hard I mad some requirnments.

            ------------- CAPO REQUIREMENTS --------------

              -Kill ratio higher than 1.2 (Mine is really damn suckish for now because of my suckish mouse.)
              -Teamspeak installed and ready to use
              -Active at least 2+ days a week
              -Great Leadership skills
              -Will follow any givin order or emergancy request of higher ranks. (Don't worry...we're not control freaks, it aint gonna be that hard.)

            -------------- UNDERBOSS REQUIREMENTS --------------

              -Kill ratio higher than 2.5
              -Teamspeak installed and ready to use
              -Active at least 4+days a week
              -Great leadership skills
              -Knows how to direct and order a squad to war


And thats it. I'm also gonna post Godfather requirnments...but thats in Las Venturas Mafia gang subforum.
