Unfortunately there is nothing we can do, I think it's related to vehicle streaming server-/client-side issues.

You could try the crashes.asi fix, I have no experience with that.

When you download crashes-v2.4.exe, run it and you should be taken through an installer which will handle everything for you. Ensure that you choose the correct directory for your GTA:SA installation.
