Remove the waiting time when sending cash

As above really. The wait of 15 seconds is absolute wank and I'd like to see it removed, or reduced to 3 seconds to prevent flooding. Cheers!

Totally agreed, 15 seconds is a pain in the ass and the amount of money you can send every 15 seconds (which is 10,000,000$) is also too low. Something needs to be changed, either the period of time should be reduced or the amount of money increased...

perhaps change it for VIPs? another command really. it's not like you can hack money here so I don't really see a problem unless admins get spammed with notices (i suppose something could be done though)

It will be available after the next update, but I'm not sure yet when we'll do that— I've been out for a little while.
