This appears to be a SA-MP Client crash, and if that's the case it doesn't have much to do with the LVP Server itself.

If you keep crashing I would try reinstalling SA-MP and or GTA: SA.

If you continue to crash, I would try the sa-mp.com forums for help.

If this was a Server issue a lot more people would be getting this error.

Please provide some additional information like when this exception occurred and what you were doing at the time.

Based on the list Jay compiled here 0x0000000 means: "SA-MP is not initializing." And the suggested solution is "Re-install the game, ensure singleplayer works If you have any mods installed, remove them". Either your GTA somehow got corrupted or you installed a mod which doesn't work.

What Overdosed said is not completely correct, there are some client crashes that are caused by the server, like going over the sa-mp model limits or adding NOS to a vehicle that can't use it, some other are indeed caused by a fault on the client side alone.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this, since we do not test our gamemode with 3rd party mods.
