I've been noticing this lately and wanned to report earlier but I thought it will be fixed via server update.
The ignore does not take effect some times...

Notice his ID is 12. After swAggy left the server HooDie came in and was given ID 12. Then I hear I was nickalerted and went to see whats going on from the IRC and saw HooDie was spamming me. Then I /unignore him. And it's all good.
PS. That guy was really rude.

I doubt he was an admin...Last time I heard you can ignore admins since update 26.4
And both swAggy and HooDie are registered.
