There are the notorious FEMA camps the U.S have so I'm sure the Russians have something similar.

That's probably the one thing stopping any large scale military intervention at the moment. But this isn't good sign.

U.S Senator John McCain had this to say:

There is a range of serious options at our disposal at this time without the use of military force. I call on President Obama to rally our European and NATO allies to make clear what costs Russia will face for its aggression and to impose those consequences without further delay."

That would mean, France, England, etc. which would then cause Russia to probably call on China, there is a lot of tension here, this could potentially be the start of WWIII. User "durrrrr" has no idea what he's talking about and probably never leaves his television set.
