I don't think it'll work out well but we'll see, the idea itself is nice

I'd say, 2 ppl from a gang, most gangs have 2 people in command:

CT: Grove/Makaveli
B&A: Buhu/RSole
SnakeZ: DCreations/BrainKiller/brainstormer
[HC4L]: shoebox
[LVF]: theInfamous/El Guerrero
[HsG]: AzErTy/Chris5170
OnB: estroe/YeraY

I know, I also mentioned clans(as they responded here I though I could just add them as well).
Only [HC4L]/SnakeZ are not having 2 leaders but in SnakeZ' case I'd say DCreations and BrainKiller as brainstormer got promoted later if I'm right.

About the place, I'd say at least take a virtual world so the chat isn't fucked.

Just all of you join a gang called "Gang meeting", and buy out the world.

Or the administrators can teleport you all to a special world.

I like this idea. I think it should be restricted to only 2 per gang. The gang leaders can decide if a new gang is worthy of joining the gang meeting (going to the gang meeting signifies that your gang is legit and not some lame noob-gang). We could call it the League of Gangs Meeting or something.

Also, we should have some kind of benefit to attending these meetings. So that new gangs will play maturely so they will be able to get into the league and remain in.

You could make it in an interior so that it would be impossible to kill someone fast. (or before an admin is informed and has jailed the sucka)

ON Topic: i think they should do this: make the gang base an actualy interior ONLY for this, so it's actualy like  more realistic as it is in a gang base, or u could ...uhhmmmm we could go to  The truth's weed farm?

Making an interior isn't just that simple. It can be very difficult. I think the location of the meeting should be in an interior that changes every time to avoid party crashers. Unless it is held in a different world that is. What about the Crow Bar (aka Shithole Bar)? Or one of the strip clubs?

i dunno... i think it should be  maybe scripted in the ocean where the jail is, and thr bar jsut scripted to  the ocean (like the jail i thin it's in the  desert or sumthin but scripted to the ocean) and anyone who tp's get's jail and if they do it more thank 5-6 x's they get kicked and like they tp every time a gang meetyin gheld maybe a one day ban? so this would only enable a command for admins such as "/gang meeting invite (id)"  or sumthin the only onew who accept are able to join, if the wrong id is put in an extra command like "/gang meeting  kick (id)"

Oh, I just remembered I know a sick place for a meeting. It is in an alley way with only one entrance. We can drive in and the main leader gets out, the second leader stays in the car (so it doesn't disappear). I will take a pic of it later today. If it isn't there, we could maybe have it in a parking garage somewhere.

lol, it's not that meet facotry in Lv is it? that  place is too boring,e need a colorful place liek jiy's place under the battery point. :p
