Unfortunately, most of the administrators you've listed had decided to resign because they weren't interested anymore in managing our community, while others, who are still in charge, mostly work under the hood. We can't (and don't) expect administrators, managers, developers to stay forever, everyone has their own life and will eventually move on, so we have to bring in new people to help. These are usually bashed on by 'oldies', merely because they substitute previous administrators who undoubtedly did a great job. I think they should be given some time to deal with pressure and settle in.
We offer a free service to the community and we're not being paid a single cent (as someone has assumed), and the money we receive through donations from both players and crew members are given back to our community through server uptime, maintenance, more and better services, and even contests. You can't expect one-hundred-percent professionalism from us, we sometimes take questionable decisions, but we do our best.
I agree that the community should have their voice heard in regards to promotions and demotions as well, but I don't feel like leaving the choice entirely up to it. You're free to create topics about who you think should be promoted or demoted, obviously backing up your arguments and generally not being an asshole while doing so.
The crew (including some of the ex-administrators and ex-managers you mentioned) will have the final word on this kind of decisions, since they know, probably more than most of the community, what Las Venturas Playground actually needs - even though I believe players aren't taken seriously enough yet on these matters.
Regarding recent bans, I definitely disagree with the overly aggressive behavior and choices taken, and we'll review crew guidelines entirely to reflect the current state of the server and the community.
Thanks for taking time to express your concerns and proposals, it rarely happens around here.
