Can a dev get involved in complaints that don't concern the actual development? I've seen ordinary devs and maybe testers or mappers getting involved in the kind of topics that Admins should be dealing with. Why? I see Holsje getting involved, but even though it involves him it's a matter for Admins. At least that's how it used to be when others would have to PM admins to give a response to complaints and developers stuck to gamemode-related topics.

Reports are supposed to get pmed to admins anyway.

Admins were contacted ingame. No action was taken. Admins were contacted in pm. No action was taken. Cheater walks away. Cheater is friends with development. Smells fishy how banpost was edited by admin. Smells fishy how development is answering in complaints. Still no admin has given a decent answer to those vids. Say goodbye to good old LVP, where cheaters were banned for life. Now it seems that LVP is just happy with cheating players that come back every day.

First of all I thank you for your report and have to say that this could have been handled in a professional way if you had the patience. So far I checked in the logs and see nothing of you reporting nederwiet or holsje.  I have no idea if you have send these videos via forum pm to a Crew member before posting them on the forum, so I would like for you to explain how everything went.
