[Feauture] Bus-service
#1
Hi guys,

Just came up with the following idea:
Introduce a bus/public transport-service in, at least, Las Venturas. This means that there will be a bus driving around the bus stops placed in the city. What you need for that are a NPC and at least 1 bus, but that both depends on the frequency you want to introduce.
With this you can connect a property so you can earn money from people going with the bus.

What do you think?

Yes what a useless idea. There are cars free for you to take all over the place in LV. Why would you WAIT for a bus that doesnt even take you to the place you want?

More roleplay/freeroam!

Then you also have to delete the Pilot's and TrainDriver's. I can start it like that too.

I wouldn't call the idea "useless". It's perfectly valid and has actually been heavily considered before. I recall Jay asking people to make tracks using "/race create" by placing waypoints at stops. I, along with a few other people attempted this, but it was never put into action.

Better put scripting time in a new wwtw game...rather than getting a bus service. People come here to fight, not to wait for a bus.

Why not add a plane service and a train service too????

We have 1500+ vehicles and several commands to get to all places around the map. It'd be even easier when Russell's new teleportation system gets completed.
I have to agree with Target. It'd be better if time is spent on fixing/enhancing good minigames and other features.
The idea isn't bad, but it isn't really needed. This is something you see only on roleplay servers where there are absolutely no travel-based commands.

There's already a plane service at the airports.
I don't think anyone has the patience to travel around the map by a train.
