No shooting places bug!

When  u try to enter to a shop like ammo, bank etc. If u change the weapon with the mouse rapidly and u shoot, u shoot like 1 bullet.

Thats why they banned me 1 time by TEF. SO fix that bug pl0x.

Afaik, that's a SA-MP bug, nothing for us to fix.
