Yes, skinmods are normally allowed. But this particular one changes too much.

By saying "unfair advantage", this includes: anything that is differently sized compared to a common skin, even if it's a missing hat or whatever

-using a big skin, for example, would give unfair advantage to other players, which would be kind of stupid on your side yet no one would really care even though it isn't really allowed since we can't really ban someone for causing disadvantage to himself (& probably since this has never happened before lol)
-using a small skin gives unfair advantage to you, it isn't allowed and it is bannable
-if the skin is as big as a normal skin, no one really cares even though it isn't really allowed

if the skin mod would've been relatively small and not THAT influent & Nonzero didn't know that wasn't allowed, probably the ban would've been temporary, yet he knew perfectly what he was doing and that it wasn't allowed, so...
