1 Reason why cars dissappeared last time

Ok, so you know those big trucks, if you flip the cars which no body has driven yet, and it explodes, it doesnt spawn back, i just found out today

What's the name of the vehicle? There are loads of huge trucks!
I tried to reproduce this on some other vehicles and it happen.
