My properties and spawn weapons...

Hi, when i buy properties and spawn weapons, sometimes i lost this...
¿Why?
Now, im poor... i spend all my money in spawn weapons, and later, i dont have..

Properties can be bought by other people again, also if you leave the game, you will 99% sure to lose them as others will buy it (not sure if you loose on reconnect). Maybe a timer in it.

About the guns, spawnweapons are only session-saved, so just that time you play, you leave the game, weapons gone. So not session-crossed

When i go to the properti, anybody buyed it...
I have 1 properti and is more hide, is hard to find and when the session finish, i dont have this property..
¿why?

Okay, a little hard to follow, but I think I know what you are tying to say here. "You have your own private property that was made for you, and is hard for other players to find, and when you join the game it isn't owned by anyone. You also what to know why you still do not own the property after quiting?" If this is what you are trying to say, my answer is that the property system is made to only generate income while you are acctually connected to the server. After you quit, the server releases the ownership that you had on the property, and makes the property available for purchase.

All of your properties are sold when you quit the game, as if you've done /sell.

Also, this isn't a bug, but a feature. What's wrong with your spawn guns? FYI, as estroe said, they're not cross-session. That means when you logoff, they're gone.

I don't like how the spawn weapons are just when you are connected because i lost TONS of money when the server crashed just as i was buying weapons

I feel your pain I usually spend between 20-25mil everytime I'm on just to buy props and spawn weapons. I get frustrated over the time spent gathering weapons and props just for the game to crash on me.
