Remove Spawn Protection: Poll

The reason spawn protection was added is because when players used to choose the Cop skin, they would spawn in the police station. This was attractive to DMers and was a real inconvenience for noobs trying to escape the spawn area.

Since LVP 2.8 spawning in the police station was removed and thus the idea of spawn protection became redundant.
It is not really possible to spawn kill on LVP because people spawn in random positions.

Some other points:
- Its causing problems for the new iDM feature.
- It causes problems with the fightclub and minigames like /Waterfight - players sometimes get weapons they're not supposed to
- It has other bugs which are really hard to fix because of the messy code.
- Its inconvenient for DMers. If a DMer dies, they want to teleport and get straight back into the fight - not have to wait around for 15 seconds.
- Its confusing. New people can often mistake it for cheating. For example, a new person might be shooting someone who recently spawns, and all of a sudden their armour goes up to 100% because they have bought spawn armour. They're going to get the impression that the server is full of cheaters.

Note:
I'm not sure how long this will take if it is approved. The gamemode relies heavily on spawn protection and removing it is quite a big task.

Is there still a spawn on the ship? That could cause problems with the protection there.
Also, people sometimes spawn @ the elevators, which would cause a problem for now. Unless that's just me with old information :+

The only time people spawned at the escalators was when they were bugged (ID 32+ bug). That's fixed though :)
The ship uses a different protection system and isn't linked to spawn protection so it will be fine.

I still spawn near the escalators after logging in, sometimes. I'd suggest replacing this spawn point with another one if spawn protection is going to be removed. A lot of spawn killing goes on in that place. Even the ship spawn should be replaced since players don't get their spawn weapons if they don't get off the ship immediately.

Other than this, I don't think there should be any problems with spawn protection being removed.
