Missions
#11
What do you think of the following?

This mission starts at the LV Police Department.

You spawn with a police uniform.
Your mission is to respond to a 911 call in time.

You get a vehicle (standard police vehicle would be best) and you need to race to a (random) checkpoint while a counter is counting down. If you are unable to reach the checkpoint or if your car get's damaged too much you lose the game. If you reach the checkpoint another checkpoint will spawn somewhere. The timer resets and you need to reach that checkpoint again... For every checkpoint you make you will receive money, like in single player. If you reach more checkpoints the rewards will be bigger... Try to reach as many checkpoints if you can

It would be fun to have a scoreboard next to the minigame/mission reading the top 10 scores of all time, for instance:

1.striker ( 57 checkpoints)
2.oostcoast ( 43 checkpoints)
3.Matrix_Smith (23 checkpoints)
etc.

I'm not sure if the checkpoints should be random or programmed to be in a certain order to make the game more fair. Also if you advance the distance will also grow... the first checkpoins should be in LV... after a while they should also spawn in LS or SF. The amount of time you get for each mission should be coherent to the distance of the checkpoint... Think of it as the police / vigilante missions in single player.

Tell me what you think!

-------- update

You are not allowed to exit your vehicle.

Also your car will be repaired every 10 checkpoints

I think solo missions are just as important as co-op. Think of all of the great minigames we have.... now think about how often they actually sign up.

+1 I rather play with myself :D See what I did thur? :P but all shit aside, We need both kick ass solo ones and co-op ones most of the co-op ones you need a good player number base to have fun not 2on2 it gets boring
