I think when houses are available, after you buy one, it should be completely empty, with no furniture at all, and we should have to buy furniture and move it around and buy wall paint and floors.... this would also be something for spending money on.

you should be able to buy weps for your house like buy an amount of ammo of that kinda weapon.
then make it possible to spawn in your house so you just can pick them up when you start.
