We have been testing our house system and some player have already been given a house. Houses will be open to everyone to buy in the next update. For the next BIG update we are going to add a couple of things:

• There will be houses available all over the map.
  
• You will be able to customize your house with furniture and objects from LVPKEA.
  
• Others can get the key to your house so you can have meetings or parties.
  
• You will be able to choose a radio station to be streamed in your home
  
• You can own multiple houses in more locations
  
• Vehicles can be stored in your parking place and you can buy other vehicles to be stored there.
  

What would you like to be added to this?

Dont think this is good - everyone should only have one house in my opinion..
Having different houses or more houses wouldnt give me a"unique" feeling to have a house (hard to say what im aiming for)

In my opinion you could indeed be able to own more than one house at the same time, but it shouldn't be an easy task to do so.

The features that you mentioned above, pretty much sums up everything. I don't think houses need to offer any other features, apart from those. It's not like players are going to stay inside their houses and actually do something for a long time.

The most important thing is, owning a house should be an easy task for a new player. This would satisfy quite a lot of them.

Apart from that, you haven't mentioned about the banking system that houses offer.

I reckon limit the house to one for starters so if we happen to get more players they will be able to buy a house to and not have all the rich regulars hogging them all and would be unfair aye?

Imo one house per player would be more unique, as Letz stated. It should be a good, cozy feeling to have one place where your loved cars are parked, you can spawn safely, have some nice furniture from that awesome shop (LVPKEA lmao) etc. Tho, when players would like to move to a different house, that should be possible.

Also, I suggest you give gangs to opportunity to have one house (a bigger one?), with a big ass parking. This way players can pick between two safe spawns (gang house, own house).

Pay some bills atleast every week 500k or something depends on your house look?

Or lets say pay 500k for your property it's the same as paying for water and stuff  "personal life".
This makes it more realistic.
