Hey there!
I've posted this here already, but I'd like your opinion before starting working on anything.
So, since some players have been complaining about the stunts, I thought we could move the LV stunts to another world (or maybe just leaving a few ramps and little stunt zones- like airport) and mapping LS and SF with stunts. These two cities, LS and SF, will have their stunts shown in the main world.
What do you think? Are you up for mapping LS and SF? Let me know!

I think we should have a separate world for all the stunts. No one really joins LVP to stunt, since they can't spawn, repair or flip vehicles. A simple /stunt command with sufficient explanation should be able to guide the players. The stunts are just annoying all the regulars (especially DM'ers). Many of them even complain about not being able to fly planes properly due to airports being full of stunt objects or other stunt objects getting in the way while flying.
There's no point in moving the LV stunts to another world and having LS & SF stunts in the main world. It might end up confusing new players.
We already have commands like /as2 /road1, /rstunt, etc. for teleporting to different sorts of stunts, so I think this can work well in a virtual stunt world where players could also have access to commands like /vr, /flip and possibly a way to spawn vehicles.

Yeah, I agree. I thought it was a bad idea to separate worlds, since players would have splitted up, but as you said LVP's community is mainly deathmatching.
A "stunting paradise" would be indeed nice. Players could spawn vehicles (with some limitations of course) and repair their vehicle for free. We only must find a way to tell new players there's such a cool thing.
I hate too how I can't fly in LV, since there are indeed way too many objects.
What do other devs/managers think? May we go ahead with this?

I really don't mind at all with some of the stunts, for the stunts in LV airport those should be removed so player can get acces to the heli's etc without a problem flying them, those in SF and LS I def don't care because I don't travel there much.
I think it's best to keep atleast a few ramps around the strip and remove those objects around the old /rwtw arena next fclub.
Since there's more Dm'ers a few ramps ain't a problem as we all like to drive around sometimes and do some jumps aswell. :p
By the other hand, I know this is not the place for this, but I think we need some arenas where we can have some ww fights yes I know we have a fightclub but /fight invite all time is annoying and could simple make some arenas for example /dm 1-20 shotgun + deagle, dm 2 shotgun + sniper.
I think that will atract some players to join, maybe some won't agree with my idea but it's all about given it a try.

The stunts near the strip are the most hated ones I think. We may just ask it though.
About the arenas, I guess that another topic will do

1 year ago I had had the idea of having two different worlds (one for the 'normal' LVP gamemode and another one mainly to have all the stunt features that supposedly annoy the regular players).
I had even thought about introducing a dialog whenever a player joins the server - it'ld show up 2 clear options: "Stunt" and something else that covers all the other LVP features, which I can't think about the exact word right now. :+ And according to his / her choice he / she would be moved to the respective world.
It has been said that by doing it, we'ld be separating the players too much.
To be honest, I don't mind whatever you do with the objects I mapped and I can even amend a few of them, but right now I'm not thinking about mapping that much.
I think I can understand why some people complain about the objects in the Strip, but I don't think it is really a big deal. People are just making excuses. Before the release of 2.94: "I don't join LVP because its features are boring"; "I don't join LVP because of its player count"; "I don't join LVP because I suck..." lol ... now it's all about the objects.
Perhaps we could try to move all the objects to another world indeed and it's surely always important to keep the regular players 'happy' since LVP doesn't really have that many new players so often, however we shouldn't forget about what most of the community in SA:MP actually prefers. Because no matter what, if LVP keeps like this, if we don't have anything that brings up new players, the old ones won't be joining either.
On the other hand, even with the so 'great' stunt objects, it's not bringing so many new players to the server. (Perhaps it should have been advertised in SA:MP forums or something, but yeah)
I'ld try out a second world. :p

Stunt players will not enjoy a server like LVP in its main world, because you get destroyed by older players if you pass by the ship or any other populated zone, you can't spawn vehicles, and the deathmatchers are always looking for stunters to bring down.
Deathmatchers will not enjoy a server like LVP in its main world, because chases are almost impossible with all those stunts, and because they can't enjoy fighting in open spaces, since every open space is full of stunts.
There's no way to make both playerbases enjoy LVP this way. We either move stunts, or drive the deathmatch community away. And since LVP players are mainly deathmatchers, I'd rather move stunts.

The only flaw I see in your idea, Sophia, is that maps could run into each other.
In fact, some jumps are mapped in the same area, thus if we put every object in the same world, there's a high chance that the maps may get compromised by another minigame's object. That's the main reason we have different world for each jump/minigame/etc.

I tought of this yesterday, us as crewmembers, how can we look at the chat when players need help or something, we only keep an eye on /world 0 and so if put another world we would've to switch trough worlds to see the other chat?
Let me know..

I think there should be all the stunts in a virtual world, but to get to them, use commands.
