Texture lag

Hi all 
I just wanted to ask does everyone get texture lag? like do buildings and roads and grass load really slow and stuff because it does for me (only on lvp) its really gay  i cant make movies or drive properly  and don't tell me i have a stone-age pc or bad internet because i have 2gbram, e6600 and an 8800 gts, oh and on average my ping is 68.  Please guys tell me i am not the only one with this lagged up shitfkingcocksuckinggrubychickenlivercowkissenmanurehead problem

Yes. I think like everyone has this problem. Its only on LVP...

What I get are first the graphics, then they load fine, but, whilst running/fighting, any kind of movement, the game errors, or just laggs... I didn't have this problem at first cause the server ran completely fine, No lagg at all, and No texture lagg, over here

    peter do you have any idea why its happening? lol i re-formated my pc and reinstalled gta, did every single thing and still no luck, then i went in other servers n saw that i didn't have the problem there

It's caused by the number of vehicles we planted in Las Venturas. They need to be spreaded more over the 3 citys.
