Right click on the WhatPulse icon on your task bar -> Account -> Reset Token -> Reset Token.
It'll reset the keys, clicks & miles of that particular session. You should be able to pulse after that.

Apparently you have to log out & log back into your WhatPulse account (found it on another forum too). To log out: right click -> Account -> Logoff User.

Fuck WhatPulse, because of that stupid error I lost over 2 million keys. My best solution was uninstalling it from all PCs I had it in and stop wasting time with it.
