*BUMP* well i found this thing annoying so maybe You'll find it too.

in 98/ME compatibility mode. Lshift/Rshift are detected as "SHIFT" only. so you can not assign different Functions to Both the shift(s).

took me 3 days to find the damn solution to this shit..

So change the Compatibility mode to "windows 2000" and it'll be fixed. it was pretty annoying for me..
