ok i played almost every server on SAMP now. its only happening in LVP

Teleport is fukedup, a player can use /tp how much they want without waiting for 3minutes, however, I find this abusing.

That was supposed to be enabled only on the Christmas day.
However, teleports have a 5 minute interval instead of 3.

Server keeps going unresponsive, including right now. I have no way of restarting it. It's becoming a big issue.

I know. But right now, both teleports and car teleports have an interval of 5 minutes.

Indeed, while the messsage the player gets sais its 3 for tp and 5 for car.

I don't have SSH access to the main server. This would probably be helpful though considering I am the only one around when it seems to be crashing. And if none of the developers saw .dev the last 20 times, the crashes are happening just after the lotto runs. Maybe one of you could look into this (if not already doing so)
